About Bing Rank

Why we built it

Most SEO tools treat Bing as an afterthought, yet Bing runs its own index and ranking algorithm, and its results also reach people through Microsoft Edge, Windows search and Microsoft Copilot. Pages that do well in Google do not automatically do well in Bing, and the opposite is also true.

We wanted a quick, honest way to answer a simple question: where does my site rank on Bing for this keyword, in this country? Bing Rank answers it in a few seconds, without an account, a trial or a credit card.

How the tools work

When you run a check, our server requests the live Bing results for the keyword and market you choose, as a signed-out searcher would see them. We count the organic listings from the top, leaving out ads, maps and answer boxes, and report the first position where your domain appears together with the page that ranks and the competing results.

If Bing returns results that clearly do not match the search, which can happen with automated requests, we discard them and tell you, rather than show a misleading position.

• No sign-up. You never need an account to run a check.
• Privacy first. We do not store your IP address with your checks; a one-way hash is used only to apply fair-use limits. Read the Privacy Policy.
• Honest results. We show positions for 36 Bing markets exactly as we receive them, and say so when data is incomplete.
