When a bulk Bing rank check helps

Checking keywords one at a time is fine for a quick look, but SEO work usually involves a group of related searches. A bulk check shows the whole picture in one table, so you can see which topics Bing already trusts you for and where you are missing.

  • After publishing or updating a page: track the main keyword and its close variants together.
  • After a redesign or migration: confirm your most valuable keywords kept their Bing positions.
  • Before planning content: find keywords where you rank between 11 and 50, which are often the quickest wins.
  • For client reporting: export a clean CSV of positions and ranking URLs.

Reading your bulk results

Each row shows the keyword, your best organic position and the page Bing ranks. Positions 1 to 3 are highlighted because they receive most of the clicks; positions 4 to 10 are still on the first page of Bing. A value such as 50+ means your site was not found in the results that were checked.

If two different pages from your site rank for similar keywords, consider whether one stronger page would serve both searches better. Consistent tracking with the same keywords and market every week or two is the best way to judge whether your Bing SEO changes are working.

How many keywords can I check at once?

Up to 5 keywords per run. Each keyword is a live Bing search and counts toward the fair-use limit of 20 checks per hour per visitor.

Why do the results appear one by one?

Every keyword is checked separately against the live Bing results, so the table fills in as each search completes. This keeps each position accurate and lets you see progress straight away.

What does “Count subdomains too” do?

By default only your main domain and its www version count. Tick the box to also count pages on subdomains such as blog.example.com or shop.example.com.

Can I save or schedule checks?

Download the CSV after each run and keep the files together; comparing them over time shows your Bing ranking trend. There is no account or scheduling, which keeps the tool free and private.
